Parking 
We have a second car park at the back of the building, accessed via Newry Park (behind the unit next to Zippys).

Visitor Information

  • Play is charged on a 2-hour play session. Extra time may be given during quiet periods.
  • Upon arrival parents must remove and keep their children’s shoes. Socks must be worn always (these can be purchased from reception if required). We would encourage children to wear their shoes when visiting the toilets.
  • All major cards are accepted, minimum spend must be £2 (We do not accept American Express).
  • Pre-book a private booth for £40 deposit which can be redeemed against food and drink.
  • Bullying will not be tolerated. Management have the right to ask parents to remove their children from the play centre for whatever reason they deem necessary.
  • Please note - Height limit (4'9") applies in the play arena.
  • Only food and drink purchased within the centre may be consumed.
  • We recommend that all children wear long sleeves and trousers.
  • Zippy’s Playworld is a parent supervised play area. Your children remain your responsibility always.Our staff run a 3 strike policy. Failure to adhere to the rules of play we will kindly ask you to leave. This is for the safety and enjoyment of others.
  • Online booking is recommneded. On the door prices and via telephone are £1 extra per person.
  • The baby sensory room can be privately booked for 30 minutes, please ask for details.

Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday. Early closing Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Please call to check opening times for bank holidays. Closed for private parties and events when pre-booked.

Plenty of unique things to do in the soft play area; slides, ball pits, bridges, nets, ziplines, etc. My kids aged 2, 3... and 4 all loved it. There's only one way out so this is great as you don't have to worry if they've escaped! There's also a seperate baby section and sensory room as well as a disco room for the older kids. For the adults, there's a cafe while you wait. We loved it and our kids REALLY loved it. We'd highly recommend this.read more

Soft Play Opening times

We recommend booking online as there is an additional £1  per person charge for over-the-phone and on-the-door prices.  You also guarantee your space so no disappointed children  :-)

WEEKDAYS (Term time)
9.30am – 5.30pm ADULTS FREE  
TODDLER MORNINGS 9.30am-11.30am with toast and juice and £1 refills till 11am

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Session start times start vary, please see the booking site. Sessions run for 2 hours
